http://www.natural-progesterone-advisory-network.com/about-us
This website has evolved organically into what it is today out of women’s choice to avoid the use of artificial hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and the wide-spread refusal by healthcare practitioners to embrace bioidentical hormones in the treatment of hormone imbalance, and a general lack of knowledge available to both patients and practitioners on effective and appropriate dosage and usage guidelines relating to bioidentical progesterone. It contains real life experiences.

Food allergies and intolerances can be managed. This site will give you information on managing food allergies and intolerances including when you’re buying food or eating out and point you to where you can get more help. Food allergy occurs in around 1 in 20 children and in about 1 in 100 adults in NSW. That’s approximately 65,000 children and 96,000 adults. In fact, Australia has one of the highest allergy prevalence rates in the world and it tends to run in families. Food intolerance is even more common. Surveys indicate that up to 25 percent of the population believe they have some sort of food intolerance.

Food intolerance can be a difficult concept to understand. Sometimes substances within foods can increase the frequency and severity of migraine headaches, skin rashes (such as hives) or the stomach upset of irritable bowel. Coincidence can often confuse the issue, as we spend many of our waking hours eating or drinking.
